As you know, I love Indian food. Now that I am lactose intolerant and on a Low Fodmap diet, I am trying to adapt a few recipes to make them Low Fodmap. This Low Fodmap Indian Yogurt Dip is one such recipe.
This is a very simple recipe that uses herbs and spices to make a delicious dip that can also be used as an accompaniment for your favourite Indian (and Middle Eastern) dishes.
I like to serve it with my Low Fodmap Garlic Naan and with another Indian dish that I will share with you next time – so, stay tuned! In fact, these 3 recipes make a delicious meal that has entered my fortnightly rotation!
