Blue Daiquiri Recipe (Glacier Fusion Cocktail)

Served in a sugar-rimmed Martini glass, this Blue Daiquiri combines refreshing rum, bright lemon, and sweet apple flavours for a crisp turquoise cocktail with a zesty finish.

Ingredients

  • 35 ml – 1 ¼ oz apple juice
  • 20 ml – ⅔ oz lemon juice
  • 45 ml – 1 ½ oz white rum
  • 15 ml – ½ oz Blue Curaçao
  • 30 ml – 1 oz simple syrup – made with equal parts sugar and water

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake well until chilled.

  2. Strain into a Martini glass rimmed with sugar and garnish with a slice of lemon.
  3. Serve immediately.
