Homemade Baileys Irish Cream Recipe

A glass of Homemade Baileys Irish Cream with its creamy chocolate flavour rounds out dessert time and gives you an easy way to finish dinner with something gently sweet.

Ingredients

  • 235 g – 1 cup fresh cream – for whipping cream
  • 395 g – 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 400 ml – 1⅔ cups Irish whiskey
  • 1 tsp espresso OR instant coffee
  • 2 tbsp chocolate syrup – I used my homemade chocolate syrup; store-bought also works
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp almond extract

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend on high speed for 30 seconds.
  2. Pour the mixture into a glass bottle, seal it well, and keep it in the fridge.
  3. Shake the bottle before serving.

Recipe Notes

Store it in the fridge for up to 2 months.
