Ingredients
3tbspcoriander leavesfinely chopped
2/3tbspmint leavesfinely chopped
35gms– 2 1/3 tbsp lactose-free yogurt
½tbsplemon juice
1tspgingergrated
1pinchcumin powder
1pinchsalt
1pinchsugar
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix together the chopped coriander and mint, the grated ginger, the lemon juice, cumin powder, salt, and sugar.
Add the lactose-free yogurt and mix well.
Serve as a dip or an accompaniment for Indian or Middle Eastern food.
