Low FODMAP Taco Seasoning Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 ½ tsp ground coriander
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • ¼ tsp chilli flakes
  • tsp cayenne pepper – optional
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a small bowl.

  2. Mix well until the spices are evenly combined.
  3. Transfer the seasoning to a small jar with a tight-fitting lid.
