Nutella Pizza Recipe

A warm pizza base, plenty of Nutella, whipped cream, and toasted hazelnuts make this Nutella Pizza a simple dessert inspired by Italian pizzerias.

Ingredients

  • pizza dough
  • Nutella
  • whipped cream – unsweetened
  • toasted hazelnuts

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dough using this Homemade Pizza Dough recipe.

  2. When the dough has doubled in size, roll it out as you would for a normal pizza.
  3. Roll the dough to about 0.5 cm – ¼ inch thick, then prick the centre a few times with a fork so it stays flat while baking.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C – 350°F for about 15 minutes, or until the base is cooked through and lightly golden brown.

    Note: Using a pizza stone helps the base cook faster and more evenly, which may slightly reduce the baking time.

  5. Remove the base from the oven and generously spread Nutella over the top. Decorate with whipped cream to resemble mozzarella, then sprinkle with toasted hazelnuts.
  6. Serve warm.
