Peach Chocolate Dessert Recipe

Rich dark chocolate blended with peaches turns into the creamiest Peach Chocolate Dessert that’s surprisingly easy to make and even better straight from the fridge.

Ingredients

  • 410 g – 14.5 oz canned peaches – well drained
  • 360 g – 12.5 oz dark chocolate – melted

Optional Decoration

  • peach slices
  • almond flakes

Instructions

  1. Line a 19 cm x 9 cm – 7.5 x 3.5 inch loaf pan with baking paper, leaving enough overhang on the sides for easy removal.

  2. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in short bursts, stirring well between each burst until smooth and fully melted.
  3. Put the drained peaches into a blender or food processor and add the melted chocolate. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top evenly with a spatula.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, until fully set.
  6. Once firm, lift it out of the pan using the baking paper overhang and slice into portions.
  7. Decorate each slice with a small peach slice and a sprinkle of almond flakes before serving.

Recipe Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge and enjoy within 2–3 days.
