Home-made Baileys Irish Cream

Making Baileys Irish Cream at home is very easy and only takes a few minutes: check out this recipe!

  • 235 gms – 1 cup fresh cream the one for whipping cream
  • 395 gms – 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
  • 400 ml – 1 2/3 cups Irish whiskey
  • 1 tsp espresso or instant coffee
  • 2 tbsp chocolate syrup I used mine, but you can use store bought syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp almond extract


  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed for 30 seconds.

  2. Pour it into a glass bottle and seal it. Keep it in the fridge.
  3. Shake the bottle before serving it.

It will keep for up to 2 months.
