Rose Lassi Recipe

Sip something refreshing with Rose Lassi, a chilled yoghurt drink with soft floral sweetness and creamy texture, perfect for warm days or alongside richly spiced meals.

Ingredients

  • 250 g – 1 cup natural yoghurt
  • 80 – 120 ml – ⅓ to ½ cup water – adjust based on your preferred consistency
  • 50 ml – 3 ½ tbsp rose syrup
  • 50 – 60 g – 4 to 5 tbsp caster sugar – adjust depending on the yoghurt’s sourness

Optional

  • rose petals – for garnish
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Put the yoghurt, water, rose syrup, and caster sugar in a mixer and blend for 1 to 2 minutes, until smooth and well combined.

  2. Pour into 2 glasses and garnish with rose petals.
  3. Serve cold. You can also add ice cubes if you prefer.
