Ingredients
750
ml
– 3 cups young red wine
2
peaches
chopped or thinly sliced
1
apple
chopped
10
cherries
pitted and halved
1
banana
chopped
500
ml
– 2 cups fresh orange juice
1
lemon
juiced
1
cinnamon stick
2
tbsp
water and 2 tbsp sugar for the simple syrup
500
ml
– 2 cups soda water
Instructions
Make a simple syrup by mixing the sugar in the boiling water. Let it cool down completely.
Put the red wine and chopped fruits in a jug.
Add the orange and lemon juice and stir well.
Add the simple syrup and cinnamon stick. Stir well and let it sit at room temperature for 2 hours. Refrigerate.
Just before serving, add the soda water and mix well.
Serve on ice and enjoy.
