Ingredients
600g– 1 1/3 lbs sweet potatoes– peeled and chopped
30g– 2 tbsp butter
½ to 1tspcinnamon– to taste
salt– to taste
Instructions
Put the sweet potato in a pot and cover with cold water.
Bring to the boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes, or until soft.
Drain and return to the pot. Add the butter and mash.
