Sweet layers of pineapple, passion fruit, creamy yoghurt, and a little crunch make this Tropical Verrine light and refreshing.

  1. Take a shooter glass and spoon 1 tablespoon of jam into the base.

  2. Add a layer of yoghurt, then spoon the passion fruit pulp on top.
  3. Finish with a layer of cornflakes and serve immediately.

Recipe Notes

You can use any jam and fruit combination you like, depending on what you have at home or what’s in season.
