White Chocolate and Amaretti Cheesecake Shooters

Ingredients

  • 250 gms – 8.8 oz. Philadelphia Cream Cheese softened
  • 85 gms – 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp caster sugar
  • 120 ml – ½ cup cream whipped
  • 120 gms – 4.25 oz. white chocolate melted
  • 8 amaretti cookies crushed
  • 12 fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream and keep it aside in the fridge.
  2. Melt the white chocolate and keep it aside.
  3. Beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Gently fold in the melted white chocolate and the whipped cream.
  5. Put 1 crushed amaretto cookie at the bottom of each serving glass.
  6. Top with the white chocolate cheesecake cream and finish off with 3 raspberries.
  7. Decorate with the remaining crushed amaretti cookies.
