Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes boiled THEN peeled and cooled
  • 6-8 tbsp aioli
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Cube the cooled potatoes into 2.5 cm – 1 inch cubes.
  2. Add the aioli and salt to taste and mix well.
  3. Sprinkle the parsley on the top and serve.
