Ingredients

  • 1 ½ tsp turmeric
  • 2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 ½ tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • ¼ tsp asafoetida
  • 1 ½ tsp low fodmap garam masala
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a medium container.
  2. Close tight with a lid and shake well.
  3. Keep in your spice cabinet until ready to use.
