Ingredients

  • 1 ½ tsp turmeric
  • 2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 ½ tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • ¼ tsp asafoetida
  • 1 ½ tsp low FODMAP garam masala
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a medium container.

  2. Secure the lid tightly and shake well to combine.
  3. Store in your spice cabinet until ready to use.
