Patatas Aioli Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes – boiled then peeled and cooled
  • 6 –8 tbsp aioli
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Cut the cooled potatoes into 2.5 cm – 1-inch cubes.
  2. Add the aioli and salt to taste, then mix until the potatoes are evenly coated.
  3. Sprinkle the chopped parsley on top and serve.
