Ingredients

medium potatoes
boiled THEN peeled and cooled
6-8
tbsp
aioli
2
tbsp
parsley
chopped
Salt
Instructions
Cube the cooled potatoes into 2.5 cm – 1 inch cubes.
Add the aioli and salt to taste and mix well.
Sprinkle the parsley on the top and serve.
