   Hi Manuela! I have to thank you fpr your Homemade Pasta Made Simple book. I had had terrible xperinces trying to make homemade. Your book taught me right away I was using the wrong flour! I made the gluten free pasta andit was delicious and tender. I also made fettuccine and it turned out perfect. Now I am fearless with homemade pasta! thank you so much for your book!

   I’m loving your book “Homemade Pasta Made Simple”
   Physically it’s constructed so nicely. Love the paper and pictures. I’ve yet to make one recipe, but I’m already loving it:) lol
   My Italian ancestry goes to Vieste in Foggia/Puglia. I’m happy to see some recipes from that region. I have visited and it’s so beautiful, and can’t wait to get back once all this craziness ends. Again I really appreciate your book and now that I have some proper flout, I will begin. Marc

     I have some cousins in Foggia and I love Puglia, it is such a beautiful part of Italy. And the food is amazing!
