hello. I have just found your page. I was googling for low fodmap red cap sauce so i could make some for my 9yr old grandson. He is lactose and fructose intolerant. I love your low fodmap sauce recipes and will trial them for sure. Do you think there is any way of making them into a preserved state so i could make a larger batch for him? i would love to bottle them so he has more choice during the year.
