Hi Manu, I just found your blog while searching for my Zangara relatives from Sicily. Wonderful recipes and ideas! I wonder if we are related? My great grandfather was Domenico Zangara born in 1864 married to Anna Maria LoGalbo. Any relation? Well I am so happy I found this site and I will be trying out your recipes in the near future!
