Kiwi Ginger Smoothie
Kiwi Ginger Smoothie – this smoothie is both dairy-free and low FODMAP, so besides being yummy and healthy, it is also gentle on the tummy.

Ingredients
- 1 kiwi
- 1.5 cm – ½ inch piece of ginger
- ½ tbsp granulated sugar
- 75 ml – 1/3 cup almond milk
- ¼ cup crushed ice
Instructions

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
