I am very happy to share yet another pasta recipe with you. I am Italian after all and we do eat a lot of pasta! This Tuna and Tomato Pasta is a staple in my house.
Actually, it used to be my absolute favourite pasta as a child. I would ask my mother to make it almost every day. Yep, you read that right… I would never tire of it.
And even now that I am a grown up and I like many more sauces, this Tuna and Tomato Pasta still has a special place in my heart… and stomach. My kids love it too, I have to say.
If you like garlic, I strongly suggest you also make some Garlic Breadcrumbs to sprinkle on the top (no cheese here!)… it takes this pasta to a whole new level.
I am also very happy to tell you that I also made videos of both the pasta and the breadcrumb recipes. I hope you like it! By the way, what is your favourite pasta sauce?
