Today I am going to show you how to make another easy drink recipe: Blueberry Caipiroska. With the holidays coming up – and especially the New Year celebrations – it’s always good to have a few different drink ideas up your sleeve. Eggnog is great, but I always try to have a few quick options so my guests can choose what they prefer. After sharing with you my recipe for Watermelon Caipiroska, today it’s blueberry time. Caipiroska is like a Caipirinha, but it’s prepared with vodka instead of the usual cachaça, which makes it easier to prepare, as Vodka is more readily available everywhere in the world. I usually prefer rum-based drinks (I do have an extensive collection of Mojito recipes on the blog), but for Caipiroska I make an exception and this blueberry version is truly AMAZING! Try it and let me know how you like it! Cheers!
