I made these for my daughter Georgia’s 2nd birthday party. They are very easy to make and taste delicious. The filling can be used as a dip or as a spread for bread or crackers. I love the orange colour too!
Ingredients:
180 gms – 6.35 oz. goat’s cheese (I used chèvre)
220 gms – 7.75 oz. sundried tomatoes
I also made some ham and cheese mini sandwiches for the party and served them with multigrain bread.

Mmmm, I love sun-dried tomatoes, especially in paste form on a sandwich! And chevre is one of the best cheeses ever invented, I’d definitely adore these 🙂

Cuuu-te! Why is everything better and more fun when it’s a mini? Love these sandwiches, I always have goat cheese, I need to give this a try.

I love sun dried tomato and it goes well with goat cheese? I’m not a big fan of goat cheese (yet) but this make me very curious… I think eating with sandwich sounds like a great idea! Did you make the bread too? Looks so soft…similar to Japanese bread… I have trouble finding very nice moist bread here..
