I love pigs in a blanket… they would always be served for parties when I was growing up, so I guess they remind me of happy times. I also love how easy they are to make. So this Holiday Season, I thought of serving them in a special way and I made the most delicious edible centerpiece. Yes, I made a “Pigs in a Blanket Wreath”! After it cooled down, I decorated it with a bow and some tinsel, to make it look even more festive! This very easy recipe is an absolute keeper and you should make it for Christmas! Ingredients
- Hot dog sausages
- Puff pastry
- Beaten egg
Instructions

Cut the puff pastry into smaller rectangles and use it to wrap the hot dog sausages.

Put the pigs in a blanket on a big baking dish covered with baking paper. Position them like a wreath. Make sure they touch each other.

Brush with beaten egg and bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°C – 390°F for 20 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.

Decorate the wreath with a bow and some tinsel and use it as an edible centerpiece this Christmas!
