These are addictive! They taste like pizza snacks… I have bought some of the ready made pizza snacks here in Sydney and I must admit that these sticks are even better and, being home-made, you know what you are eating. They are as easy to make as cookies and I am sure that if you try them, you won’t go back to store bought pizza snacks! I was really surprised by how good they tasted, especially since the recipe calls for ketchup, which I really did not expect… well, they were a hit and I will be making them again for sure! Enjoy!

Manu, how much ketchup does this need? I made the recipe (they taste lush) but the mix was very crumbly.
Hi Lee! I added approximately half a 500 ml bottle of ketchup (maybe a little more). The dough will always be a bit crumbly as there are no eggs in it, but if it is so crumbly that it does not stay together, just add a little extra ketchup, until you can roll it out smoothly. 🙂
Ah that explains it, I just added a few drops and don’t really make cookie dough so didn’t know what it should have felt like.
