Mojito is my favourite drink hands down. I love a classic mint and lime Mojito that reminds me of my days in Cuba, but I also like to experiment with different flavour (and colour) combinations like with my Pomegranate Mojito or my Pineapple Mojito. I made today’s version for my daughter’s 8th birthday party… no, I did not serve this to the kids!! It was an adult only treat and I served it in tiny shooters: I like to make something for the parents too. As the theme of the party was “high tea”, the drink HAD to have tea in it… so I came up with this Green Tea Mojito. It was delicious and very refreshing, perfect for any party! Cheers!
