This is another one of those items that is commonly found in North American stores, but is very hard to come by anywhere else in the world, Sydney included. Luckily, this pumpkin pie spice mix is easy to make and calls for “international” spices, so it can be made at home no matter where you live! I must say that this spice mix “smells like autumn” and if you inhale its aroma with your eyes closed, you can easily picture yourself in a beautiful forest with all the colours of autumn. Don’t forget to come back tomorrow to find out what I used this spice mix for!!!

This is a really useful tip thanks. I will be using it for sure. It makes perfect sense, yet I never thought of investigating what went into it myself to recreate it at home.
