I love popcorn and I often make for the family when we stay home to watch a movie on the weekend. Popcorn makes a great snack, even for people with digestive problems.

In fact, this Maple Peanut Butter Popcorn is also Low Fodmap, which means it is something that I too can enjoy along with the rest of the family.

This is a very simple and quick recipe to make and it will turn your simple everyday popcorn into a delicious treat. I personally love the sweet and savoury and nutty taste the maple syrup and peanut butter give to it.
