I made these Sweet Popcorn Snowballs as part of the menu for my daughter’s 7th birthday party. As the theme was Frozen, I thought having edible snowballs would be a fun idea. These are easy to make and look quite nice. You can make them for a winter themed buffet or save the recipe for Christmas! They also make a cute edible gift idea if wrapped nicely. I like the fact that even though they are sweet as they are made with marshmallow and white chocolate, they are not overly sugary as there is also a good amount of salt that balances out the sweetness. In one word? Yum! I also added some Jaffa chocolates (orange chocolates) to give it a little extra flavour and a touch of colour! Enjoy!
