Today’s recipe is an absolute keeper. I mean, Condensed Milk Cookies… how yum does that sound? It is the perfect way to use up that leftover condensed milk (store-bought or home-made) you have lying in the fridge.
Because let’s face it, the only other better option would be to just use your spoon! Not that there’s something wrong with that, but turning it into these amazing buttery cookies will give you the chance to enjoy it even at breakfast.
These cookies have become my kids’ new favourites and whenever I make a batch, they disappear in no time at all. Give this recipe a go and don’t forget to join the discussion in our Facebook Group!

My heart missed several beats reading the title of your recipe… condensed milk cookies… O.M.G.!
Brazilians adore condensed milk, we use it in desserts, we cook it in the pressure cooker and eat it by spoonful..
I must make these!
I made these just now and I’m impressed! Not only are these easy to make due to the dough’s perfect consistency but extremely tasty. Even better, as the recipe is eggless, I can make this for my relatives 🙂 I’m definitely going to make these again and would recommend them to everyone.
So easy! Great for dessert or with your morning coffee. One bowl, no mess!
Do you brush them with plain milk or extra sweetened condensed milk?
Hi Joanne
I do the brushing with regular milk. It’s just to add some “shine” to the cookies. 🙂
Really easy to make and makes a lot of cookies, which is perfect for my big family who gobbles up cookies like there’s no tomorrow! I found these to not be very sweet – they were actually a little salty – but still very yummy!
Thanks for sharing the recipe!
Blessings from South Africa 🙂
Super easy to make and great for tea/coffee!
It is true, they are not that sweet.
For a fan assisted oven, use 180°C and check them around 7 mins.
Thanks
