Today’s recipe is an absolute keeper. I mean, Condensed Milk Cookies… how yum does that sound? It is the perfect way to use up that leftover condensed milk (store-bought or home-made) you have lying in the fridge. Because let’s face it, the only other better option would be to just use your spoon! Not that there’s something wrong with that, but turning it into these amazing buttery cookies will give you the chance to enjoy it even at breakfast. These cookies have become my kids’ new favourites and whenever I make a batch, they disappear in no time at all. Give this recipe a go and don’t forget to join the discussion in our Facebook Group!
