Today’s recipe is a delicious Indian appetiser. Well, it’s more like a snack really, but it is also served as an appetiser at restaurants. I personally love Aloo Tikki and I often make them at home. You could say that they are the Indian version of potato croquettes and they are packed with flavour thanks to the spices in the mix. You can also add a touch of chilli powder if you like, but I prefer mine mild, so that my kids can enjoy them too. You can serve Aloo Tikki with your favourite chutneys, but they also make the base for another famous dish that I will be sharing in my next post and that can be considered Indian street food at its best.
