Happy Valentine’s Day everyone! And what better recipe than this sinful Low Fodmap Dark Chocolate Dipping Sauce to celebrate this special day?
This decadent sauce is perfect to dip fruits (or marshmallows) in it. It is very similar to fondue, except you don’t need a flame to keep it fluid, which makes it the perfect treat also during hot summer days like the ones we are experiencing at the moment here in Australia. It’s great for a pool party or a BBQ and it’s usually a big hit with both adults and kids!
Serve it warm with your favourite (low fodmap) fruits. I like mine with strawberries, banana, and kiwi. If you are on a low fodmap diet, remember to limit yourself to one serve of fruit.
