I simply adore Greek food and this Low Fodmap Tzatziki is an absolute keeper. Being born in Italy and having spent all my childhood summer holidays in Sicily, Mediterranean food tastes like home to me. It’s simple, with few ingredients and straightforward flavours, just the way I like it.
Tzatziki has always been a favourite of mine, but since I cannot digest garlic anymore, I had to come up with an alternative recipe and I must say that this was a pretty easy one to make Low Fodmap! If you don’t have any dietary restrictions, you can simply use a bit of chopped garlic and regular extra virgin olive oil and yogurt and this recipe will work perfectly fine for you too.
This Low Fodmap Tzatziki makes the perfect dip or the perfect accompaniment for your favourite grilled meats and sandwiches.
Enjoy and don’t forget to check out my video recipe and to leave a comment to let me know how you like it!
