On the 1st my youngest daughter turned 5!! I cannot believe she is 5 already and that in January she will be going to “big school”. Georgia is definitely ready for it… mum, not so much. She’s the baby of the house and seeing her grow up so fast is both amazing and scary. She is turning into a happy, sensitive and smart little girl and we are very proud of her. But no matter how old she is, to me she’ll always be my baby angel! We love you so much princess and we are all very proud of you!! <3
We celebrated her birthday over the weekend and she got a few nice presents from mum, dad and Victoria and from her nonni. She got a few DVD’s, including The Pirate Fairy (Blu-ray / DVD + Digital Copy) and The Croods.
She had also requested some Tulips… and her dad bought her some beautiful orange tulips. She was quite lucky to get them, as it’s summer down here and they were the only bunch left at the flower shop!
I have been really busy in the kitchen this past week, as I had a couple of parties to organise. Georgia loves all animals, but she has always had a big fascination with cats. Whenever she sees one (or a picture of one), she just has to touch it! It may be a genetic thing as many of my relatives love cats… So, this year we had a Kitty Cat party!
On Sunday, we had the Kitty Cat party with some of our closest friends. She had a blast and got many wonderful presents (thanks everyone!).
I obviously prepared all the food at home! So, I was quite busy… hehehe The majority of the food was “cat” related.
I made:

She is also going to celebrate in school with her friends on Thursday. I have made her this Kitten Yogurt Cake for the occasion.
Now it is back to “normal life” and organising things for Christmas! Stay tuned for all the remaining recipes!
