Welcome to MsM’s Ice Cream Round-Up 2019, everyone! Being summer in the Northern Hemisphere, I thought it would be nice to share my favourite ice cream, gelato, granita, and sorbet recipes with all of you.

This round-up features something for everyone. While the adults will definitely enjoy my Baileys Ice Cream, Torrontes Ice Cream, Malbec Ice Cream, Baileys Chocolate and Salted Almonds Ice Cream, Nutella and Frangelico Gelato, Marsala Gelato with Pumpkin Sauce, Coffee and Kahlua Gelato, Rum Date and Pecan Ice Cream, Salted Caramel Gelato, Blue Borage Honey Ice Cream with Honey Glazed Walnuts, Rooibos Tea and Lavender Sorbet, Matcha Ice Cream, and Coffee Granita with Whipped Cream.

I also have a couple of “savoury” ice cream recipes: Parmigiano Reggiano Gelato and Pear Gorgonzola Gelato! Yep, you read that right!
