I love these Low Fodmap Lamb Kofte Kebabs! They are so juicy and make the perfect dinner, especially when paired with a delicious salad.
These Kebabs are naturally Low Fodmap, so they are great for everyone, as they do not need to be “adapted”. They are perfect to make during the grilling/summer season, but I actually make them all-year-round using a griddle. Why deny yourself such a yummy treat during the colder months?
I like to serve them with my Low Fodmap Tzatziki and Low Fodmap Pita Pockets. However, if you are not on a Low Fodmap diet, try and make my normal Whole Meal Pita! It tastes amazing and it is a great healthy option!
You can pair these Low Fodmap Lamb Kofte Kebabs with a simple Italian Salad (if you are on a Low Fodmap diet) or with my Fattoush with Sumac Dressing or Tomato and Labneh Salad with Pomegranate Dressing for a more Middle-Eastern inspired meal if you don’t have to worry about dietary requirements (lucky you!).
